  • Ensure seamless EDI system operation by monitoring, troubleshooting, and collaborating with internal teams and external partners.

  • Recommend process improvements to enhance EDI performance.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in the Transportation Industry or Logistics field, 1+ year of experience in Customer Service, and expertise in data analysis to drive actionable recommendations.

This role requires strong analytical skills, effective communication, and a proactive approach to ensure business continuity.

A successful EDI Analyst will possess excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
