Job Overview

The Junior Software Engineer plays a pivotal role in developing, implementing, and managing technology-based business solutions to enhance our delivery approach.

Key responsibilities include coding, testing, and implementing configuration changes as well as assisting in the design of software applications to meet functional and technical requirements.

  • Contribute to the technical design process by participating in the analysis of technical application requirements.
  • Assist in analyzing data that identifies needs related to people, processes & technology.
  • Participate in execution and documentation of tests.
  • Execute conversion plans and document possible improvements; identify disruptions in processes.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, candidates must possess:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent.
  • 2-3 years of related experience.
  • Experience in SQL plus 2 or more programming languages.
  • Experience with Microsoft CRM programming.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Flexible, team-player, and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to learn and adapt in a startup environment.
  • Hungry to learn.
  • Collaborative attitude working with cross-functional teams.
  • Desire to deliver high-quality work output.
  • Will to work in Haig, Mandaluyong City and/or General Trias, Cavite.
