We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an EBP Audit Associate.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform thorough EBP audits of client financial statements
  • Document tests and findings through comprehensive audit workpapers
  • Stay up-to-date on current audit legislation for US federal, state, and local regulations
  • Analyze and assimilate client data using standard processes and tools
  • Identify technical issues and provide suggestions to senior personnel
  • Improve operations and increase client satisfaction by streamlining processes
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 2-3 years of busy season experience in US Audits with 20% in EBP
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field
  • High attention to detail and exceptional organizational abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Certified Public Accountant preferred
  • Strong proficiency in technology and basic PC applications (Excel, Word)
Work Environment:
  • Dedicated Home Office Area: Private, quiet workspace
  • Minimum Internet Speed: 50-100 Mbps
  • Business Continuity Plan: Power and Internet Backup required
