We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our team as a Collections and Credit Specialist. This role will be responsible for overseeing the credit granting process, managing customer accounts, and ensuring timely collection of outstanding debts.

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Manage the entire collections process from initial contact to final payment, ensuring timely resolution of disputes and negotiations with customers.* Oversee the posting of company revenue and collections in SAP, ensuring accuracy and compliance with organizational standards.* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improving cash flow and reducing receivables.* Prepare and present regular reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.* Develop and implement processes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the collections function.* Train and mentor junior staff members in financial analysis and collections best practices.

**Requirements:**
