Systems Administrator Job Description

We're seeking a skilled Systems Administrator to fill this pivotal role. The ideal candidate will be passionate about collaboration, creativity, and career growth in a dynamic work environment.

This position is responsible for ensuring the smooth onboarding/offboarding of users, maintaining IT system efficiency, and providing technical support across our network.

As a key member of our tech operations team, you'll gain valuable experience in real estate technology while helping us enhance user experience and system performance.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage Google Workspace user onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Assist with administration of core tech systems, including security tools and Google Workspace Products.
  • Advise and optimize technology for a real estate franchise company, leveraging your expertise in Google integrations and other systems.
  • Gain valuable experience in real estate tech and contribute to organizational growth.
Tech Stack Support:
  • Support and manage core technology products, including security tools (e.g., Keeper), Google Workspace Products, DialPad, Happeo, Property Data Platforms, and Support Desk.
  • Administer and enhance support desk performance, following established processes and escalating to OSH when needed.
  • Provide remote desktop support and troubleshoot technology issues at our Head Office.
Variety of Projects:
  • Assist in planning, executing, and coordinating projects, including Google integrations with other systems.
Regular Tasks:
  • Manage Gmail and Workspace account onboarding/offboarding processes.
  • Operate support desk and address technical issues, providing digital product support to HQ & Barry Plant Network.
  • IT & Google Workspace support, including IT security monitoring and Google integrations setup.
  • Document and manage SOPs, attending team meetings and collaborating with relevant teams.
