Senior Frontend Engineer Position

We are looking for an experienced engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of our platform.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in frontend technologies, with experience in designing and implementing robust solutions using React/TypeScript and Mantine component library.

GraphQL APIs with Apollo Client is also required. Additionally, the candidate should be able to contribute to technical decision-making processes and balance business requirements with technical constraints.

Responsibilities include following best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment processes across the entire stack, as well as collaborating with product management, UI/UX designers, and engineering leads to implement technical specifications.

Optimizing application performance across multiple applications and applying type safety and code reusability best practices are also key responsibilities.

The candidate should participate in the full development lifecycle from planning to deployment and stay up-to-date on the latest tools and techniques, recommending them for incorporation into our platform.

Required Skills & Experience
  • 4+ years of experience in frontend development
  • Experience with GraphQL (Apollo Client)
  • Familiarity with UI component libraries (particularly Mantine or similar)
  • Experience with form management in React applications
  • Understanding of state management patterns, testing frameworks, and deployment strategies
  • Experience with build systems, module bundlers, and CI/CD pipelines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English for technical discussions, documentation, and knowledge sharing
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in ad tech, marketing analytics, or financial data systems
  • Skilled in multi-app workspaces/monorepos and data visualization
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards, real‑time data processing, and data privacy/security best practices
  • Familiarity with ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST 800‑53, or HIPAA compliance
  • Contributions to open‑source or tech communities
  • Strong grasp of first principles and computer internals
  • Advanced degree in CS or related field (preferred)
  • Leadership experience (1+ years) in a technical team
