We are seeking a Marketing Development Associate to join our team. This role involves engaging potential healthcare partners, introducing them to our solutions, and creating new opportunities for our client success team.

This position combines relationship outreach, market research, and client engagement. The ideal candidate will connect with healthcare providers, spark interest in our platform, and schedule introductory conversations for our teams to showcase how we can reduce burnout, improve documentation, and support better patient outcomes.

The responsibilities of this role include:

  • Reaching out to healthcare organizations through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
  • Researching prospects to personalize outreach and identify opportunities.
  • Coordinating introductory meetings for the client success and sales teams.
  • Tracking outreach activities and sharing insights that improve future campaigns.
  • Partnering with marketing to execute targeted outreach programs.

The successful candidate will be a confident communicator who builds trust quickly via phone, email, and social media. They will also be curious and resourceful in researching prospects and identifying opportunities, organized, proactive, and motivated to meet engagement goals.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot.
  • Fluency in English.

Bonus points if you have experience engaging clinical decision-makers (Directors of Nursing, Administrators) or knowledge of healthcare, SaaS, or AI solutions.

We offer a competitive monthly salary with commission for booked meetings:

Base Salary: $1000 - $1100

Commission: $4 per booked appointment (Additional $480 per month if targets hit)

Bonus: $40 if goals achieved

Total Target Monthly Compensation: ~$1200-$1400
