Job Overview

This senior position involves leading a team of marketing specialists in managing and optimizing paid media campaigns to achieve performance, ROI, and revenue targets.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in managing teams and possess extensive knowledge of Google Ads and Google Ads Editor.

The successful candidate will be responsible for communicating with clients via email, creating, optimizing, and managing paid media accounts, as well as participating in testing and optimization.

They will also lead the team in maintaining and monitoring keyword bids, budget caps, and other important account metrics.

In addition to these responsibilities, the candidate will provide recommendations and execute strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, display network, and other facets of paid search.

Key qualifications for this role include proficiency in Microsoft Excel or equivalent programs, regular use of spreadsheets, and a commitment to continuous learning and growth.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of analysts in managing paid media campaigns and communicating with clients by email to create, optimize, and manage their accounts.
  • Manage a team of 7-8 direct reports; coach and develop their talents while holding them accountable for assigned work and schedule requirements.
  • Participate in testing and optimization; ensure all elements are executed confidently.
  • Monitor and evaluate performance KPIs for all Google Ads campaigns and troubleshoot issues.
  • Provide recommendations and execute strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, display network, and other facets of paid search for individual client campaigns.
Qualifications
  • 3-5 years experience managing a team of marketers.
  • Deep experience with Google Ads and Google Ads Editor.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or equivalent programs.
  • Ability to participate in weekly team and individual meetings.
