About This Role

You will play a vital support role within our social media team. We are looking for someone who is highly organized, has a passion for digital content, and is eager to learn and grow in a creative environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling daily posts across platforms using tools like Buffer or Hootsuite.
  • Monitoring social channels, replying to comments and direct messages, and building authentic connections with our audience.
  • Tracking social media trends and viral formats to stay relevant and creative.
  • Working closely with designers, video editors, and writers to coordinate campaigns and meet content deadlines.
  • Assisting with performance reporting and pulling key metrics to evaluate what's working and what's not.
Requirements
  • Digital native with an understanding of each platform's communication style.
  • Organized and reliable individual who can plan ahead, manage content calendars, and follow through on tasks.
  • Creative mindset with ideas for engaging content and captions.
  • Team player with excellent communication skills and ability to take feedback well.
  • Quick learner with willingness to try new tools and technologies.
