Job Opportunity

We are seeking a talented individual to fill a Customer Support Specialist position.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including chat and email. They will also be expected to guide customers through the app and ensure they have an outstanding user experience in English.

This role is crucial in being the voice of our customers, sharing their feedback and reporting any issues that may arise. The successful candidate will work closely with our teams to improve our product and represent our company in a professional manner.


About the Role
  • Customer Service: Answering customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Guidance: Providing assistance to customers on how to use our app and services.
  • Customer Feedback: Collecting and sharing customer feedback to help improve our product.
  • Team Collaboration: Working with our different teams to achieve common goals.

Requirements
  • Candidate should have demonstrated expertise in customer support or service.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of banking products and services.
