The Hotel Operations Director role at J-K Network Services offers a dynamic and innovative environment to lead the revolution in hotel operations. This position requires exceptional service delivery, overseeing all aspects of hotel management with seamless guest experiences.

Salary: Php150,000 per month. With experience handling all aspects of hotel operations, you will be able to confidently oversee daily tasks and procedures, ensuring high standards are met consistently.

Job Description:

  • Maintain high standards for rooms and facilities by conducting regular inspections, addressing any issues promptly, and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
  • Procure daily items needed for the villa by establishing effective relationships with suppliers and negotiating favorable prices.
  • Create and implement service standards that prioritize guest satisfaction, staff empowerment, and operational efficiency.
  • Recruit, train, and manage villa staff by developing their skills, providing opportunities for growth, and promoting a positive work environment.
  • Calmly handle emergencies and resolve issues through effective communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree holder with a strong foundation in hospitality management or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of hotel management experience, preferably in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Ability to work 6 days a week, adapting to changing circumstances and deadlines.
