We are seeking an experienced documentalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and updating high-quality articles that help our customers and support team.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in customer support, with experience in escalating complex issues. They will also possess excellent writing skills, able to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
In this role, you will work closely with our team to develop documentation standards and formats, ensuring consistency across all articles. You will also be responsible for reviewing and improving existing content, making sure it is accurate and up-to-date.
We value flexibility and independence, offering a 8-hour schedule between 6 AM - 5 PM Central Time. Our team is collaborative and supportive, providing opportunities for growth and professional development.
- Strong customer support background with escalation experience
