The Insurance Broker Accounts Officer plays a crucial role in managing client relationships, ensuring efficient policy servicing, negotiations with insurers, and addressing client after-sales concerns. This position requires expertise in non-life/general insurance/group life.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Meet business objectives by achieving premium and commission targets, maintaining renewal persistency ratio, and other assigned targets.
  • Account servicing includes primary contact for clients, policy servicing, renewals, and claims assistance within established turnaround times.
  • Manage premium payments and accounts receivable by ensuring timely collections, reconciliation, and reduction of outstanding balances.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues, conduct product orientation for assigned accounts.
  • Book and document policies by overseeing applications, endorsements, and compliance.
  • Coordinate with insurers for smooth processing.
  • Promote strategic focus by collaborating with the General Manager and management team to increase revenue and enhance customer service.
