• Product Development:
  • Lead UX/UI strategy across platforms, integrating research, design, and usability.
  • Define product vision and roadmap aligned with market trends and business goals.
  • Oversee product lifecycle and performance optimization.
• Cybersecurity:
  • Oversee security architecture, risk management, and incident response.
  • Lead secure software design and implementation.
  • Manage vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and threat analysis.
  • Direct digital forensics and security operations.
• Governance & Compliance:
  • Lead cyber risk assessments and regulatory compliance.
  • Develop and implement data security strategies aligned with global data privacy regulations.
  • Oversee IT audit frameworks and internal control enhancements.

• Minimum 10 years in senior technology leadership, ideally as CTO or equivalent.
• Proven experience in cloud technologies (must-have).
• Strong background in IT operations, enterprise architecture, and governance.
• Demonstrated success in product development and UX strategy.
• Expertise in software engineering and digital transformation.
• Deep understanding of data privacy regulations and familiarity with international standards.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
• Ability to inspire cross-functional teams and drive organizational change.
