Compliant Business Processing Philippines Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Building Information Modeller to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in creating accurate Revit models for architectural projects in Australian design standards and be proficient in Revit and AutoCAD.
The successful applicant will be responsible for generating accurate Revit models, creating structural models, drawings, and schedules using computer programs and Building Information Modeling (BIM), performing model layout for residential and commercial projects as per Australian standards, and providing 3D models and preparing shop drawings accurately.
The required skills and qualifications for this role include:
- At least 5 years' experience in the related field
- Experience in working with Australian clients is an advantage
- Graduate of Engineering or Architecture
- Knowledgeable in Revit and AutoCAD
- Able to exercise responsibilities in an ethical manner
- Work reliably and effectively with oversight, to the appropriate codes of practice
- Have experience in coaching and mentoring junior staff
