Job Overview

The L2 MSP Support Engineer role plays a vital part in our organization's success, ensuring the security and efficiency of IT operations. As a mid-senior level engineer, you will collaborate with global teams across multiple time zones.

This position requires at least 5 years of experience in Global Support/Technical Operations Engineering, preferably with at least 3 years as L2 in an AU MSP environment. You should have relevant IT experience and/or certifications in Microsoft O365, Azure, or AWS, as well as proficiency in PowerApps with experience in developing and customizing business applications.

We are looking for a team player who possesses excellent communication skills, with the ability to confidently interact with staff and suppliers. The ideal candidate will be adaptable and proactive, continuously seeking process improvements.

The role involves supporting all aspects of IT systems and services, including cloud infrastructure support, system and data security maintenance, and end-to-end system stability and performance. Responsibilities include managing Helpdesk tickets, planning, and prioritizing systematically to minimize backlog and ensure operational efficiency.
