Key Responsibilities- Expense Processing: Process employee expenses in Paycom.
- Payroll Management Support: Assist in managing payroll processes.
- ADP Pay Card Processing: Help with the administration of ADP Pay Cards for employees.
- USL OPCO Payroll: Lead payroll processing for the USL OPCO entity, which includes fewer than 40 units.
- Payroll Deductions: Calculate and process payroll deductions, including taxes, benefits, and garnishments.
- Compliance: Ensure that payroll operations comply with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate payroll records and prepare necessary reports.
- Year-End Payroll: Assist in year-end activities such as W-2 preparation and distribution.
- Discrepancy Resolution: Resolve payroll discrepancies and address employee payroll queries.
- Direct Deposits & Payroll Checks: Process direct deposits and manual payroll checks as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in payroll processing or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of Paycom and ADP payroll systems.
- Experience in multi-state payroll processing and compliance.
- Familiarity with payroll deductions, payroll tax laws, and year-end payroll reporting.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial reporting tools.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, have the ability to work independently, and have a strong commitment to maintaining accurate and up-to-date payroll records.
