  • Run monthly control activities including P&L and Balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Investigate and resolve breaks and other reconciling items.
  • Liaise with stakeholders on matters regarding Salaries, Benefits, and Pension.
  • Drive continuous improvement of processes and controls.

Your Skills and Experience
A Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or its Business-related equivalents with Accounting courses is required. You should have experience in quality assurance for accounting, finance, or audit gained from the Financial Services, Audit, or BPO industry. Analytical and problem-solving skills combined with excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential. Additionally, you should be a team player who is collaborative yet able to work independently.
