Job Description

We are seeking an experienced technical leader to oversee the development of our software platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving technical execution, managing a team of engineers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in modern web development, experience working in high-velocity teams, and excellent communication skills. They will also possess a strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and modern DevOps practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Technical Background
    • 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2+ years in engineering management.
    • Strong technical background in modern web development (e.g. Python, Node.js, Golang, React).
    • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred) and modern DevOps practices.
  • Leadership Experience
    • Proven experience in leading and motivating high-performing teams.
    • Excellent communication and coaching skills.
