Financial Operations Manager

This position offers the opportunity to manage end-to-end accounting activities and financial reporting for a global organization.
The successful candidate will oversee accounts payable, maintain accurate and timely financial records, and establish standardized financial workflows and internal controls.
Detailed budget-to-actual analyses and cash flow forecasts will be prepared to support financial planning and decision-making.
The role requires proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and other accounting software, as well as knowledge of US GAAP standards.
A CPA certification is highly valued, and experience in tax compliance and preparation is a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities- Manage accounts payable and maintain general ledger accuracy
- Establish and implement financial workflows and internal controls
- Contribute to month-end closing activities, including account reconciliations and financial reports
- Provide detailed budget-to-actual analyses and collaborate with stakeholders
- Perform monthly reconciliations and reviews of balance sheet and income statement accounts
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and other accounting software
- Knowledge of US GAAP standards and CPA certification
- Experience in managing end-to-end accounting activities and financial reporting
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
- Fully fluent in English and ability to work U.S. business hours
