This role will work collaboratively with the client's representative like project managers, engineers, and other related parties to capture client requirements that can be translated into clearly defined needs and expected outcomes.

  • Support the Area manager as secondary contact for project management of assigned package.
  • Liaising with site team, consultants, contractors, suppliers, quantity surveyor, and the general workforce involved in the project.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related disciplines.
  • 6+ years' experience in project management, or the planning and coordination of projects that included overall design, contract administration, cost estimating, and scheduling activities.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, MS Project, Aconex.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
