Key Responsibilities:
  • Document Production: Create engaging, on-brand documents including presentations, reports, sales materials, web images, and marketing collateral using existing branding guidelines.
  • Media Asset Management: Edit regular, stock, and AI-generated photos to match brand standards and utilize visual AI-generation tools.
  • Brand Stewardship: Reinforce visual identity in all produced assets, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency.
  • Template Management: Develop and manage branded templates for internal and external use, streamlining design processes through modular components.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams to translate content into visually engaging formats, incorporating feedback quickly and professionally.
  • Production Efficiency: Maintain a high level of output while delivering precise, quality-controlled designs under tight deadlines.

Requirements:
  • 3–5 years of professional graphic design experience in corporate or agency environments.
  • Proficiency in Figma and other design software, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
  • Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and brand application.
  • Experience working within brand guidelines and producing templates or scalable design systems.
