Scheduling and Operations Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Scheduling and Operations Coordinator to join our Security Operations Center (SOC) at Intelligent Technical Solutions (ITS). As a SOC Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing scheduling, coordinating between various team members, and stepping in to assist as required. This part-time role requires a flexible, team-oriented individual with exceptional organizational skills.
About the RoleThis position is responsible for coordinating and managing the schedule for the SOC team, ensuring coverage at all times. You will act as a liaison between various team members, facilitating smooth communication and cooperation. Additionally, you will step in to assist in SOC operations as needed, demonstrating adaptability and resourcefulness.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate schedules for the SOC team, ensuring adequate coverage.
- Facilitate communication and cooperation among team members.
- Assist in SOC operations as needed, adapting quickly to changing circumstances.
- Maintain a positive, collaborative work environment within the SOC.
- Prior experience in a coordinating or scheduling role, preferably in a technology or cybersecurity context.
- Exceptional organizational and planning skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles and SOC operations.
- Proficiency in using scheduling tools and software.
- Ability to adapt quickly and step into various roles as needed.
