Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create quality metrics to track improvement in productivity and precision.
  • Develop and implement quality assurance standards and company processes.
  • Maintain adherence to company quality and process standards.
  • Ensure that all transactions are thoroughly tracked and counter-checked before payout.
  • Respond to customer inquiries during and after payout.
  • Collaborate with the team to address any disputes or discrepancies.

We require a strong command of the English language and a headset with noise-canceling features and a high-definition webcam. Device specifications include an Intel Core i3 (6th to 12th gen), i5, or i7, or AMD equivalent, with at least 8GB of RAM and 60 GB of free hard disk space available. A 10 Mbps DSL/Fiber Internet connection is also necessary.
