Job Title: Financial Data Analyst

Job Description:

  • Maintain and perform accounting activities including fixed assets, intangible assets, leases, intercompany transactions, transfer pricing, prepaids, GRIR, stock rotation, accruals, and tax-related entries.
  • Lead the month-end and year-end close processes to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and conduct variance analysis.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure internal controls and compliance with IFRS and company policies.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and support audit requirements.
  • Collaborate with AP, AR, Payroll, FP&A, and other teams to ensure data integrity.
  • Support process improvements, system upgrades, policy development, and mentor junior staff.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • CPA certification is required.
  • Proficiency in SAP S4 HANA is a must.
  • Strong understanding of IFRS or GAAP, accounting principles, and internal financial controls.
  • Skilled in using Concur, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and banking platforms such as JPMorgan Access.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and clear communication skills.
  • High attention to detail with a strong commitment to accuracy and quality.
  • Collaborative, self-motivated, and driven to ask the right questions and contribute proactively.
