We are a leading provider of innovative solutions, and we're looking for a skilled System Analyst to join our team. As a System Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting analysis on business requirements and preparing program specifications at the systems level for medium to complex systems or modules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design system solutions to satisfy defined business requirements.
  • Develop or maintain, test, and implement modules to complex programs according to system specifications.
  • Identify all possible scenarios and prepare tests for systems under development.
  • Execute test plans during development and system testing, providing user acceptance testing or other testing support as required.
  • Provide post-implementation and production support for systems, including analysis of production problems.
  • Perform implementation activities such as program promotions, installation of the system, training, and tutorials for end users.
  • Develop or update the Users, Systems, and Operations Manual.
  • Communicate updates and status reports to project managers during the course of development and related support activities.

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in Cobol/Db2, Unix programming, analysis, and design, with testing experience.
  • 5 years of experience in SQL.
  • 5 years of experience in Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) major tasks and deliverables.
  • Familiarity with Office Automation tools, such as MS Office and Lotus Notes, preferably with knowledge in macro programming or report writer tools.
  • Ability to work on weekends and holidays if necessary.
