Safety Director

Safety Leader Wanted

Our team is seeking an experienced professional to lead our safety initiatives. This key role will be responsible for ensuring that our maintenance operations and engineering support functions consistently meet local and international aviation safety standards, regulatory requirements and internal quality benchmarks.

• This senior leadership position will oversee the development and implementation of a comprehensive safety strategy aligned with operational and regulatory requirements
• The ideal candidate will have extensive progressive experience in aviation technical training, with a strong background in leadership and safety management
• Strong knowledge of PCAR, ICAO Annexes and FAA/EASA regulatory frameworks is essential
• Experience in using safety and compliance systems such as AMOS, Q-Pulse or similar platforms is highly desirable

• Define and execute the safety strategy
• Lead the Safety Management System (SMS), ensuring integration with business processes and regulatory frameworks
• Safety Oversight and Incident Management
• Ensure conformance with approved Maintenance Control Manuals (MCM) and Engineering Manuals

• 10+ years of experience in aviation technical training, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and audit procedures
• Excellent communication skills and experience in stakeholder engagement
