Test and Quality Assurance Specialist

The Quality Assurance and Test Engineer plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless product development and deployment. Collaborating closely with the Quality Assurance and Release Manager, this individual oversees end-to-end processes from pre-production to final testing and production environments.
This key role involves identifying inconsistencies, defects, and performance decreases after developer completion. The QATE also takes proactive steps to prevent failures by implementing tests early on, guaranteeing quality and compliance with set standards.
With unfettered access to all environments, the QATE ensures accurate development and testing processes. Recommendations for tools and best practices are shared to expedite the process for developers. Active participation begins at the start of each sprint to comprehend the build and testing methodologies within an agile working model.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Project Management: Strong project management skills are essential for this role. The candidate should have experience in managing projects from initiation to closure.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Technology: Proficiency in technology usage is a must for this role. The candidate should be familiar with various technologies and platforms.
- Leadership: Leadership and influence abilities are necessary to lead teams and drive results.
- Scrum Methodology: Experience with Scrum method and GitHub platform is preferred.
- Complex Application Development: Knowledge of complex application development and cross-platform support is required.
