Job Overview
JC Pinon Construction Inc is a leading construction company seeking an experienced Project Admin Engineer to join our team.

About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of assigned project sites. This includes documentation, cost control, and monitoring, as well as acting as the finance, procurement, human resources, and safety officer on-site.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Expense Management: Accurately record site expenses, including material, labor, and equipment costs.
  2. Expenditure Monitoring: Regularly report project expenditures against approved budgets.
  3. Accounts Payable: Prepare and process accounts payable documents, such as Request for Payment (RFP).
  4. Petty Cash Fund: Manage the Petty Cash Fund, replenishing it as needed.
  5. Procurement Support: Assist the head office Procurement Department in sourcing local materials, equipment suppliers, and services.
  6. Certificate of Payment: Prepare and approve certificates of payment to suppliers and subcontractors.
  7. Purchase Orders: Issue purchase orders for small item purchases.
  8. Inventory Management: Track office supplies and place orders when necessary.
  9. Workforce Management: Screen and hire local workers, schedule trade tests, and secure pre-employment requirements.
  10. Document Management: Document daily accomplishments, scheduled activities, manpower utilization, and equipment usage.

Requirements
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 3 years' work experience in a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Familiarity: Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office and office management software (ERP).
  • Travel: Willingness to travel and be assigned to project sites.
