Print Production Specialist

As a key member of our production team, you will oversee the entire print production process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate print orders for online printing services.
  • Communicate with clients to understand their print requirements and ensure they are met.
  • Supervise the production process to guarantee quality and accuracy.
  • Utilize tools like Excel and QuickBooks to process orders and track finances.
  • Work with various art programs to prepare and adjust print files as needed.
  • Maintain accurate data related to print orders and customer information.
  • Collaborate with the production team to meet deadlines and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies when necessary.
Requirements:
  • At least 3-4 years of experience in the print industry, preferably in short-run printing.
  • Proficiency in using software tools such as Excel and QuickBooks.
  • Familiarity with various art programs for print file preparation.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality results.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with numbers.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of responsibility and commitment to meeting deadlines.
  • Knowledge of printing equipment and processes is an asset.
