KMC Careers is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Performance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through outbound calling and promoting our products to existing clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Close sales deals with clients by positioning product benefits, current promotions, and the company's value proposition.
- Cultivate a positive work environment by participating in team development activities and partnering with internal teams to resolve errors and client escalations.
- Achieve monthly sales quotas by consistently making high-volume calls, navigating complex software systems, and maintaining an error rate of less than 6%.
- Exceed client expectations by identifying and implementing changes needed to improve performance and raising the bar for yourself, your team, and the client.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in high-volume outbound calling settings (100+ calls daily).
- Sales or customer service experience with a strong track record of exceeding goals set by others.
- Intermediate PC skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer and internet troubleshooting.
- Availability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm Central Time, and willingness to work 100% onsite.
