We're seeking an experienced social media ads manager to join our team. As a social media ads manager, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing paid ads across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, as well as building and managing automations, including email flows and lead nurture sequences.

About the Job:

You will work closely with our creative team on ad copy and creative testing, and report on performance, recommending improvements along the way. The ideal candidate will have proven experience running and scaling paid ad campaigns, as well as a solid understanding of ad strategy, creative testing, and funnel building.

You should be comfortable using tools like Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and reporting platforms. Experience working with service-based businesses is also a must.

Responsibilities:
  1. Create, manage, and optimize paid ads across multiple platforms
  2. Build and manage automations, including email flows and lead nurture sequences
