About this role:

We are seeking a skilled Recruiting Coordinator to provide high-touch support to candidates throughout the hiring process. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with people, have strong communication skills, and can manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Scheduling candidates for interviews while managing calendars and communicating effectively with hiring managers in a fast-paced environment.
  • Tracking recruiting activities across the firm and providing consistent feedback to candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and the management team.
  • Creating and maintaining a great candidate experience through the interview process from initial outreach to onboarding.
  • Administering recruiting tests and assignments to assess candidates' skills.
  • Maintaining data integrity in our Applicant Tracking System.
  • Contacting new employees and preparing onboarding sessions.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 1 year of administrative experience.
  • Excellent attention to detail, follow up, and follow through.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to conduct various types of interviews (online, phone).
  • Strong and stable internet connection to allow for disruption-free video and audio calls.
  • Quiet environment with a professional background to facilitate video interviews.

It would be beneficial if you also had:

  • Strong team working skills.
  • Proactive project management skills.
  • Experience in recruiting, administering online interviews, and/or human resources.
