We are seeking a highly skilled Safety Administrator to join our team at Enjinia Construction Works Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in occupational health and safety, with experience in implementing safety protocols and conducting risk assessments.

Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct Site Inspections: Identify potential hazards and take necessary corrective measures to prevent accidents.
  2. Assist External Auditors: Provide support to external auditors and inspectors to ensure compliance with DOLE requirements.
  3. Formulate HIRAC: Develop and implement a Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, Control system to mitigate risks.
  4. Maintain Regulatory Compliance: Stay up-to-date with the latest safety regulations and ensure the company remains compliant.
  5. Train Workers: Conduct toolbox meetings and train workers on safety topics to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in safety management
  • BOSH and COSH certification
  • Strong knowledge of DOLE requirements
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
