Call Center Agent

We are seeking a skilled Call Center Agent to join our team at Nityo Infotech Services Philippines Inc. in Eastwood Libis, Quezon City. As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service support to policy holders, agents, and new customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Answering customer queries and dealing with complaints
- Providing detailed information about our products to potential customers
- Interacting with customers on a daily basis, helping them understand their policies and answering questions about coverage or claims
To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, the ability to stay calm under pressure, and a friendly and professional demeanor. You will also be responsible for conducting research, providing resolutions to caller problems, and creating promised solutions or after-call work.
Requirements:- College graduate (fresh graduates and experienced professionals welcome)
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience in a call center (undergraduate degree preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge in MS Office applications
- Strong customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- Able to work in multi-shift environments, including holidays
- Able to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively
We offer a competitive salary range of 19,000 to 25,000 gross per month, making it an attractive opportunity for those looking to start or advance their careers in the call center industry.
