About the Role

This role involves supporting the TCMD programs and initiatives, focusing on Sales Development programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Identify project manpower needs;
  2. Design and implement sales recruitment strategies;
  3. Coordinate applicant scheduling for training;
  4. Manage and update the sales recruitment database;
Supporting Functions:
  1. Handle administrative tasks related to sales team maintenance (e.g. file management, accreditation tracking, PA services)
Training Support:
  1. Collaborate in assessing training logistics needs;
  2. Create a training budget based on requirements and ensure logistics readiness;
  3. Secure necessary logistics through coordination with the Admin department;
  4. Oversee development and distribution of training materials;
  5. Ensure secure storage of training assets;
  6. Assist in conducting diagnostic evaluations;
  7. Coordinate end-of-training evaluations;
  8. Timely report on training outcomes;
  9. Regularly assess sales team performance;
  10. Contribute to enhancing TCMD initiatives;
  11. Manage training infrastructure (LMS, databases, tools);
  12. Perform additional tasks as assigned
