Head of Environmental and Health Services

**Job Description**
The Head of Environmental and Health Services will be responsible for leading our EH&S efforts at Cardinal Santos Medical Center. This role will involve developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure the highest standards of EH&S across our organization.
About the Role
- Bachelor's degree in any Engineering field (Industrial, Mechanical or Electrical)
- Minimum of 6 years' experience in preparing and designing project safety plans and designs
- Licensed and accredited with DOLE/DENR as Safety Officer is an advantage
Main Accountabilities
- Develop and implement the CSMC EH&S Action Plan following an assessment of risk
- Conduct regular audits and assessments of the business to ensure compliance with Group and Local EH&S Standards and regulatory requirements
- Establish and maintain a community of DCC's for the development, maintenance, and testing of Business Continuity plans
- Provide regular MIS to the Mancom on activities, tests, and incidents in the facility
