Your Role in Our Mission

As a Graphic Designer - Brand Storytelling, you will be at the forefront of delivering hope to patients everywhere. Your expertise in visual storytelling will be critical in crafting brand-aligned visual storytelling, partnering cross-functionally, elevating through design fundamentals, contributing to visual concept development, and delivering with excellence and agility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Crafting compelling marketing materials, social media assets, and web graphics that reflect our mission of transforming plant-based molecules into breakthrough therapeutics.
  • Partnering with communications, scientific, and product teams to translate complex concepts into engaging visuals that resonate with diverse audiences.
  • Elevating through design fundamentals by applying expert-level typography, layout, and color theory to deliver cohesive, accessible, and visually engaging materials across channels.
  • Contributing to visual concept development by ideating and executing creative concepts that communicate our brand narrative, support campaign goals, and engage stakeholders.
  • Delivering with excellence and agility by prioritizing projects, juggling competing timelines, and consistently meeting deadlines while maintaining high quality.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communications, fine arts, or a related field—or equivalent practical experience and a standout portfolio.
  • A robust body of work demonstrating strong visual storytelling, creativity, and attention to detail across multiple formats and media.
  • Advanced skills in tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and working familiarity with platforms such as Figma, Canva, or After Effects.
  • Strong interpersonal and verbal skills—comfortable presenting ideas, receiving feedback, and iterating with a multidisciplinary team.
  • Strong project management skills to handle multiple concurrent deliverables without compromising quality or creativity.
