The Talent Acquisition/Sourcing Associate is responsible for a full cycle of recruitment, identifying and engaging top candidates to meet the staffing needs of Probe CX. This role involves collaborating with hiring managers on a regular basis and proactively identifying future hiring requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs and develop strategies to attract top talent.
- Source and engage with potential candidates through various channels, including social media networks and employee referrals.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to identify the most suitable candidates for open positions.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications
- A degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
- A minimum of three months of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, preferably in a BPO setup.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a strong focus on proactive communication and collaboration.
- Willingness to work onsite at Global One Tower, Eastwood, Quezon City.
- Amenability to fixed-term employment for six months.
