A Motor Vehicle Assessor plays a crucial role in the assessing phase of claim management. This professional represents the first point of contact and interacts with customers to discuss events.

  • This individual comprehensively manages an insurance claim, including submission of assessment reports, completion of scope of works, and costing estimations.
  • The assessor undertakes allocated assessments by the Assessing Operations Manager.
  • They interact with Customers, Clients, Trades, and internal staff to build strong relationships and capture critical information to resolve queries related to insurance claims.
  • Tasks must be completed in a timely manner.
  • The assessor prepares their own assessment reports for direct submission to clients.
