Job Description:

This role requires a proven sales professional with experience in the medical device industry to drive business growth and develop strategic account plans in the Philippines.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute action plans to increase pipeline growth through effective prospecting and lead generation activities.
  2. Negotiate contracts with prospective clients and plan, execute, and document daily sales steps utilizing the CRM.
  3. Demonstrate technical credibility to consult with customers on technology solutions and plan customer meetings, trainings, and presentations.
  4. Collaborate with internal stakeholder teams such as Sales Director, Marketing, Service teams, and Executive leadership to create compelling business propositions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Medical, Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or any related field.
  • Proven sales experience in the medical device industry with strong communication skills and good report writing skills.
  • Possess at least 4-6 years of supervisory role in local medical sales or related experiences and be knowledgeable with Microsoft applications like Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • A meticulous and analytical team player with good business acumen, initiative, and openness to feedback.
