Stockroom Coordinator

About the Position:

Olympic Village Enterprises Inc. is seeking a skilled Stock Clerk to join our team in CENTRIO MALL CAGAYAN DE ORO. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for managing our inventory, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Manage inventory levels, including receiving, storing, and issuing stock">
• Reconcile stock discrepancies and maintain accurate records">
• Implement rules and procedures in the stockroom to ensure efficiency and productivity">
• Track the aging stage of each stock/brand and identify opportunities for improvement">
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner">
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities">

Qualifications:

A minimum of one year of experience in retail is required, with a Vocational Diploma or Short Course Certificate in any field preferred. Strong computer literacy, particularly in MS Office, is also essential. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask and learn quickly, are crucial for success in this role.
