Digital Marketing Strategist

Description

The Offsite Solutions team focuses on driving seller adoption of off-platform marketing solutions, including Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.

We're seeking a Digital Marketing Strategist to own the execution and scaling of seller-facing programs that increase offsite traffic and drive measurable ROI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop initiatives to grow seller-driven traffic through adoption of different off-platform ads channels.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for campaign strategy, execution, tracking, and measurement.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide optimization strategies to sellers to drive strong Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders to ensure sellers are aligned with new programs, feature rollouts, and best practices.
  • Manage the full offsite marketing operations workflow from planning to reporting with cross-functional coordination.
  • Maintain industry trends and continuously propose improvements to strengthen offsite performance.
  • Build dashboards and reports to track program impact and extract actionable insights to drive results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 7+ years in digital or performance marketing, preferably in e-commerce or agency settings.
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills; proficiency in Excel and experience working with datasets to drive decisions.
  • Able to work independently and navigate cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to translate technical insights into business impact.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable in fast-paced environments.
  • Data-driven mindset with a strong focus on performance and results.
