Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Systems Analyst to join our team. As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for designing, maintaining, and optimizing cloud and hybrid environments that support financial trading operations.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Microsoft Azure and M365, as well as experience in troubleshooting escalated issues across multiple platforms. Strong knowledge of network and security administration is also required.

This is a full-time remote position that includes rotational shift work and occasional international travel. If you are a proactive, responsive, and client-focused individual with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, maintain, and optimize cloud and hybrid environments for financial trading operations.
  • Provide L1/L2 support for cloud and on-prem systems, including Azure VMs, storage, and networking.
  • Troubleshoot escalated issues across Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS, and GCP.
  • Administer Azure and Microsoft 365, including compute, IAM, and monitoring.
Preferred Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience in financial services or trading environments.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS, GCP, VMware, and HCI.
  • Familiarity with Citrix, Active Directory, Windows Server, and backup systems.
  • Experience with endpoint protection, threat analysis, and IT monitoring tools.
  • Linux administration and shell scripting.
