Risewave Consulting, Inc. is seeking a seasoned SAP HCM Expert to join our team of experts responsible for end-to-end system implementation and/or support of the SAP HCM Suite of modules.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in configuring and implementing various SuccessFactors modules, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions to clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in all project phases, from planning and designing to deployment and post-go live support
  • Drive requirements confirmation discussions and fit-gap analysis
  • Analyze and assess client requirements, impacts, and gaps in standard delivered functionalities
  • Configure and implement prototypes to meet business requirements
  • Perform unit testing, User Acceptance Testing, and System Integration Testing
  • Document business processes and workflow approvals

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience configuring and implementing SuccessFactors modules
  • 3-5 years of relevant IT or Operations experience, preferably in SAP HCM/IT HR/PeopleSoft HCM
  • 2-3 years of experience as a Human Resource business user, HR IT administrator, or any role within HR
  • Experience in all aspects of SuccessFactors HCM implementation, including requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, functional design development, and training and deployment activities
