Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Compensation and Benefits Manager to join our team at Protege Logistics Philippines Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Payroll Administration: Handle the computation of payrolls, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Benefits Administration: Administer government-mandated benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of payroll and benefits, providing timely and reliable information to stakeholders.
  • Additional HR Functions: Perform other HR functions within capacity, supporting the growth and development of our organization.
  • Ad-Hoc Tasks: Undertake tasks assigned by management from time to time, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
Requirements
  • Education and Qualifications: A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Relevant certifications (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) are an added advantage.
  • Work Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in compensation and benefits administration, preferably in a multinational company.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
