Job Description

The Business Finance Controller is a hybrid role that supports commercial growth. This position executes financial planning and analysis processes, including reporting and analytics, forecasting, and margin evolution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct costing, monthly closing, and analyze results to drive business decisions.
  • Maintain accurate product costs and ensure correctness of product pricing.
  • Provide standard financial reports to stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement global processes for financial planning and analysis.
  • Organize and deliver financial trainings on systems, tools, and processes.
  • Perform transfer price analysis and prepare analytical views.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for entities procuring from Oracle Secure Power.
  • Prepare statutory P&L statements for each entity.
  • Run and review un-invoiced reports.
  • Manage non-Oracle allocations for orders and sales.
  • Participate in financial calls and meetings.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or Finance.
  • At least 8 years of relevant working experience with leadership exposure.
  • Experience in shared services or multinational environments is beneficial.
  • Advanced knowledge of ERP Systems (Oracle, SAP) and Microsoft applications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Continuous learning mindset and attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with diverse teams.
