- Facilitate interactive workshops, simulations, and role-playing exercises to enhance practical learning.

- Collaborate with sales managers to align training objectives with business goals.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field.

- Sales background or experience.
