Job Description

At TASQ Staffing Solutions, we are seeking a highly skilled Product Innovation Lead to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in leading the research and analysis of the landscape, customers, product metrics, and latest internet trends to identify and fill product gaps.

You will be responsible for generating new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience, and drive growth and conversion. This includes writing product specs, evaluating pros and cons, and conducting what-if scenario analysis. Additionally, you will translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes, and conduct what-if/pros and cons analysis. You will also scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact, and work closely with engineering, marketing, and operations to scope and implement new features.

We are looking for a self-starter with strong project management skills to follow through on execution with a strong sense of ownership. The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development (e.g.: SQL), and be adept at using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for project management. Strong communication skills and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a product marketing or product manager in a startup environment
  • Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development (e.g.: SQL)
  • Adept at using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for project management
  • Strong intuition for user behavior combined with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to develop product and marketing strategies and manage cross-functional initiatives
