We are seeking a talented SEO/AEO Specialist to join our growing Digital Performance Team.

This role involves driving strong search outcomes, championing customer success, and ensuring performance delights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver successful SEO/AEO programs for Digivizer and client accounts
  • Drive organic search growth outcomes and improve organic visibility across key markets based on client objectives
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content optimization strategies
  • Collaborate with content creators and designers to align SEO goals with content execution
  • Audit websites and recommend improvements for on-page SEO, technical SEO, and metadata
  • Monitor, report, and analyze SEO and AEO performance using tools such as Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, LLMs, and SEO insights platform
  • Identify new opportunities to increase organic traffic and conversions
  • Prepare presentations for SEO strategies and ensure programs are delivering per the agreed objectives and scope
  • Stay up-to-date with algorithm updates, AEO and SEO best practices

The ideal candidate will have a strong command of English, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for driving results.

Requirements
  • 4-5 years' experience in client management, SEO, communications, or digital marketing
  • Proficient in keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical SEO best practices
  • Experience in using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush
  • Familiar with Google Suite, Slack, and Asana (a bonus)
  • Flexible approach to work, agile mindset, organised, detail-oriented, proactive, and exceptional project management skills
